Mission Statement:
Heading Home's vision is that experiences of homelessness are rare, short-lived and non-recurring.
Primary Programs:
Heading Home works to achieve its vision through six housing and supportive services programs in three counties. These include 24-hour respite care for women and men, overnight emergency shelter for men, veterans transitional housing, scatter-site permanent supportive housing for medically vulnerable persons and their families, for veterans and for families involved with CYFD.
