Full Time Salaried Position w/ Benefits
Preferred Requirements Registered Nurse (RN), Social Worker (MSW) or medical health or social services professional. Health Educators, Occupational Therapists or Speech Therapists maybe considered. A qualified candidate will have knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, VA system, State and local resources. Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to assess physical psychosocial needs of ALS Patients and family.
