Main Areas of Responsibility: 
Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, paying bills, managing bank accounts and customer accounts, preparing invoices, cash management, processing payroll and payroll reports.
Additional Areas of Responsibility: 
Budgeting and financial planning, working with Board, CEO and accountant.
Other Information/Requirements: 
Skills needed include strong knowledge of not-for-profit accounting, strong computer spreadsheet skills, attention to detail, willingness and ability to multi-task and own a broad range of responsibilities, possess a drive for continual improvement and the ability to adapt to new challenges. Good communication, people skills and experience necessary.
