Main Areas of Responsibility: 
Creative individual for full-time Program Director position in an emergency shelter for youth in crisis. Must have experience leading, directing and inspiring staff and youth, providing structure within a team environment. Ideal candidate is energetic and flexible, possessing excellent organizational and management abilities with strong oral and written communication skills.
Additional Areas of Responsibility: 
Must have program management experience including, but not limited to: operating plan/budget development and implementation; knowledge of billing systems; familiarity with grant processes and reporting; funding contract compliance; knowledge of billing and data collection systems; licensing requirement compliance; community collaboration and coordination; and hiring, training and supervision of staff. Experience in residential programs essential.
Other Information/Requirements: 
Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience. Require criminal records check, current CPR and First Aid certificates, current driver's license, driving record and proof of auto insurance. $38,000 - $42,000 plus excellent benefits.
