Management and Leadership Development
The Center fosters strong leadership through trainings, facilitated groups and networking opportunities. The Center encourages leadership development with scholarships for courses at the University of New Mexico, Anderson School of Management, Management Development Center and by providing a froum for young nonprofit leaders, both board and staff.

Executive Director Leadership Circles
Facilitated peer groups for nonprofit Executive Directors and CEOs, with an emphasis on peer to peer professional development, sharing of best practices and resources. Groups are limited to 15 participants, are 90 minutes long and are confidential. For more information, please contact Amy.

UNM Management Development Center
In partnership with the Center, The University of New Mexico, Anderson School of Management, Management Development Center provides partial and full scholarships to nonprofit leadership, staff, board and volunteers in their certificate courses.
